Dana spent her early career in Business Development and Project Management working in both Arizona and California. While working at her W2 job, she began purchasing and renovating her own rental properties. That is when she fell in love with real estate and the goal of achieving financial independence. She quickly realized her creativity, renovation skillset and commercial project management experience blended beautifully which led her to start Dana Buys Homes.
She enjoys many different areas of real estate: fix ‘n’ flips, wholesaling, new builds, ADU’s, and adding to her own growing rental portfolio.
Dana is also the co-host of San Diego Women’s REI Group, a woman’s real estate investing club with over 400 members and growing.
